Thanks for using our service booking app ZIPPIT. At our service booking app, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible service. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund is necessary. This refund policy outlines our procedures for handling refunds. If you have a problem regarding cancellation or refund, we are here to help you.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Customers may be eligible for a refund if they have paid for a service that was not provided by the service provider. Refunds may also be issued in the event of technical errors or other issues that prevent the customer from using our app. After you placed any service orders that are available in your selected zone, we assign a service provider after a confirmation call regarding your order to ensure that you get hassle-free services in your scheduled time. You can cancel this order anytime before the service partner is ongoing for your requested service. If you cancel any booking before the service partner is on the way then you are eligible for a full amount refund.

TECHNICAL ISSUES

If you have made a payment for a service booking through our app and faced technical issues, please reach out to our customer support team within 24 hours of the transaction. Our team will investigate the issue and if it is found that the payment was not processed due to a technical error on our end, we will initiate a refund immediately.

In case you have already received the service but were unable to make the payment due to technical issues, we request you make the payment as soon as possible. If you face any further issues in making the payment, please reach out to our customer support team and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

REFUND PROCESS

To request a refund, you can contact our customer support team through the app or website. We will review your request and process the refund if it meets our refund policy criteria. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase

If a refund is approved, we will process the refund within 2-3 working days.

REFUND AMOUNT

The amount of the refund will depend on the circumstances of the request. In some cases, a full refund may be issued due to the service doesn't provided by any service provider. In other cases, a partial refund may be issued if your refund request doesn't full fill our policy.

ZIPPIT WALLET

If customers take refunds on the Zippit wallet then the refund will process immediately and the money added to the Zippit wallet. Customers will use this balance for booking a service.

If customers add money to their Zippit wallet then that cannot be sent back into any bank account, it can be used only in their next bookings.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers may cancel their service booking at any time before the service provider is ongoing for the service. However, depending on the circumstances of the cancellation, a cancellation fee may be charged. There will be 30% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee if the service provider is on his way for the service that is requested by customers.

ISSUANCE OF REFUND

The processing time of your refund depends on the type of refund and the payment method you used.

The refund period/process starts when Zippit has processed your refund according to your refund type.

CHANGE TO REFUND POLICY

We may update this refund policy from time to time. Customers will be notified of any material changes to the policy.

GOVERNING LAW

This refund policy is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is located.
