Thanks for using our service booking app ZIPPIT. At our service booking app, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible service. If you have a problem regarding cancellation or refund, we are here to help you.

 

1. General Cancellation Policy:

 

a. Clients may cancel a booking through the service booking app, subject to the following conditions and cancellation fees, if applicable.

b. Service Providers should clearly communicate their cancellation policy to clients in their service listings.

 

2. Client Cancellations:

 

a. Clients may cancel a booking without incurring any cancellation fees if the cancellation is made within a specified time period before the scheduled service. There is no cancellation fee is applicable if the client cancel the booking before the service provider is already ongoing for this service.

b. The specified time period for cancellation and any associated fees should be clearly stated in the service listing.

c. A cancellation fee of 30 percent of the total service price will be charged if a customer wishes to cancel the booking after the service provider was on the way for this service.

 

3. Service Provider Cancellations:

 

a. Service Providers should make every effort to fulfil confirmed bookings. However, in exceptional circumstances, they may need to cancel a booking.

b. Service Providers should provide advance notice to the client and the service booking app as soon as possible if a cancellation is necessary.

c. In the event of a Service Provider cancellation, the service booking app may assist the client in finding an alternative service provider or refunding any payments made.

 

 

4. Refunds:

 

a. In the event of a client cancellation within the specified time period or a Service Provider cancellation, refunds may be issued based on the applicable refund policy.

b. The refund policy, including the refund eligibility criteria and any applicable deductions or fees, should be clearly communicated to clients in the service listing.

 

5.Issuance of refund

The processing time of your refund depends on the type of refund and the payment method you used.

The refund period / process starts when zippit has processed your refund according to your refund type.

 

5. Modifications and Exceptions:

 

a. Service Providers may have specific circumstances or conditions under which they may modify or waive the cancellation policy.

b. Any modifications or exceptions to the cancellation policy should be clearly communicated to clients in the service listing and agreed upon by both parties.

 

6. Disputes:

 

a. Any disputes arising from cancellations or refund requests should be resolved through negotiation between the client and the Service Provider.

b. If a resolution cannot be reached, the service booking app may mediate the dispute and make a final decision based on the terms and conditions agreed upon by both parties.
